KARMENLOOP / TERMINAL WORKSPACE
Keep thinking.
Keep work moving.
A full-screen terminal workspace with a persistent composer, a reorderable queue and visible Todo progress.
Includes Koder CLI 0.4.12, the KARMEN LOOP engine, configuration, business modules, MCP, Skills and existing documentation. Reuse your model and project settings with a separate launcher.
Write during streaming. Ctrl-S steers the active turn; Esc or Ctrl-C interrupts the current action and keeps the workbench open.
Alt-Q queues a draft, Ctrl-Q focuses the queue, and Alt-Up/Down reorders it. Pending prompts stay separate from the current task’s Todo.
Ctrl-T expands or collapses Todo. /undo restores conversation and Todo state while retaining records of completed tool effects.
A configurable status line, model slot, context usage and rotating shortcut tips. /help has 79 entries; Ctrl-P searches 58 CLI routes.
Typing or pasting after queue navigation now returns to the composer and preserves the first character. Input takes priority over background refreshes, completed output lines are reused, and slow terminals keep the newest pending frame. The decorative loop has been removed.

Update the workbench by re-running its TUI installer. /update, automatic updates and /uninstall retain their original CLI scope. An updated CLI without embedding support continues the conversation in its native terminal.
Version 0.3.1 passed 43 workbench regression tests and seven real macOS PTY interaction checks before packaging. Hosted Windows and Mac package checks are recorded in the release verification report.
Windows device ConPTY/IME, Windows-MCP GUI, live models and external ACP services, account writes and cross-device migration still need their own acceptance. Dedicated CLI screens temporarily take over the terminal. External Todo/undo depends on adapter support. /undo does not reverse completed external effects.
